I mostly play PC but I also have multiple Playstations and Nintendos because I like those too, but if I'm playing a 3rd party game you can bet I'm playing on PC because the graphics are better, frame rate is better, mouse and keyboard (or controller if I want), and ultrawide which is something you're not getting on any console.

Obviously console is easier since it's mostly just plug and play, but if you've already got a gaming computer/setup then you know what you're getting into. If a last gen console can run a game 'fine' (30fps?) then there's no reason why their computer couldn't. Anyone with a modern gaming computer (doesn't have to cost $1k+ like too many people think) doesn't need to worry about if their computer can run a certain game or not. Honestly I think your argument is very weak and most of these 'issues' aren't really issues, you're just blowing it out of proportion. That's not just exclusive to PC, you know consoles also have gigabytes and use the same internet that a computer would, it's not like on PC you have to make sure your internet is up to spec but on console you don't. They aren't into GBs and MPs, and don't want to make sure they have enough Mbps to load the game, Ghz & GBs to push the game

Don't forget all the other stuff a computer can do besides gaming, but also can run emulators and play all kinds of games a console can't. And you can hook your computer up to your TV and play from the couch with surround sound, or like I do I use the Steam Link app on my TV (plus use pretty much any type of controller you can think of). Regular people also aren't concerned with refresh rate and a lot of them don't even know what it is (and if they actually have over 60Hz screen they're able to get more fps than console). 99% of the time a game will automatically set its resolution to the native monitor/TV resolution, so no problem there. They also aren't wondering about Ghz (who does?). The people that actually realize they're bottlenecking are willing to try to fix it, regular people would most likely never notice nor care.
